Does the system work if the internet goes down?
Yes. Devices operate independently and store permissions locally, then sync with the server when the connection returns. Any enrolled card or fingerprint keeps working even if the internet is completely down.
Can it be combined with time attendance?
Yes, and that is one of its biggest advantages. Every entry and exit through a reader is recorded as attendance on the same device, removing the need for two separate terminals and simplifying things for employees.
Which is more secure, cards or fingerprints?
Fingerprints are more secure because they cannot be lent or stolen, while cards are easier and faster for staff. The ideal system combines both: cards for the main entrance and fingerprints for sensitive areas.
Can multiple branches be managed from one place?
Yes. We set up a central server that manages branches in several cities, with consolidated reports and separate permissions for each branch manager. Changes apply to all branches immediately.
Does it support visitors and contractors?
Yes. Temporary visitor cards are limited by time and location and expire automatically when the visit ends. Contractor cards can be restricted to specific days.
