Is the system compliant with the Saudi Labour Law?
Yes. The reports cover overtime hours, weekly rest days, and annual and sick leave in line with the relevant articles of the Labour Law, and are accepted by the labour office.
How many employees can the system handle?
Our entry-level terminals handle 500 to 3,000 employees, and advanced terminals up to 10,000 per device. Larger organisations use a central server with multiple terminals.
Is fingerprint data safe from a privacy standpoint?
Yes. Modern terminals do not store an image of the fingerprint, only an encrypted mathematical template from which the fingerprint cannot be reconstructed. Data is also protected by strict access permissions.
What happens during a power cut?
Our terminals have internal batteries that last for hours, and a UPS can be added for longer continuity. Records are kept in internal memory and are not lost when power is interrupted.
Do my employees need training?
Training employees to use the terminal takes minutes and requires no experience. Training your HR manager on the software takes a single session, and we support your team with a user guide and ongoing technical support.
