PBX and
Panasonic & IP telephony
A complete telephony system for companies, hotels and hospitals, from classic PBX to cloud IP-PBX, with professional programming and integration with CRM, ERP and call reporting.
Telephony is still the lifeline of business
Despite instant messaging, a phone call remains the most important way to close a deal, resolve a customer complaint or coordinate between branches. Without a professional phone system you miss calls, cannot transfer them quickly and have no reporting on how your sales and support teams perform.
Modern PBX systems go far beyond answering the phone: call recording, smart routing by time or department, professional greetings, mobile number integration and full analytics on inbound and outbound calls.
We work with Panasonic, the trusted classic choice for Saudi companies for decades, and with 3CX and Yeastar for modern IP-PBX systems that link multiple branches and substantially reduce call costs.

- 03
Comprehensive reporting
Reports on call volume, duration, peak times and answer rate, to measure support and sales team performance.
- 04
Mobile apps for staff
Employees take company calls on their own phones wherever they are through softphone apps, ideal for remote work.

Call recording
Automatic recording of all inbound and outbound calls, stored securely for training, dispute resolution and quality assurance.

PBX & Telephony: common questions
If your question isn't answered here, contact us and we'll reply within 24 hours.
What is the difference between a traditional PBX and IP-PBX?
A traditional TDM PBX uses conventional phone lines and dedicated wiring for each extension. An IP-PBX runs over your local network and the internet, supports modern features and is far cheaper when branches need to be linked.
Can we replace our current PBX gradually?
Yes. We implement hybrid setups in which the new system runs alongside the old one, so you can migrate step by step without interrupting work.
Can you provide unified 800 numbers and landlines?
Yes. We coordinate with carriers (STC, Mobily, Zain) to issue 800 numbers and 011, 012 and 013 landlines, connected directly to the PBX.
Is call recording legal?
Yes, provided callers are informed that calls may be recorded to improve service. All our systems can play this notice automatically in the greeting.
What internet connection does an IP-PBX need?
Roughly 100 kbps per simultaneous call. For a 50-person company with 10 simultaneous calls, a 10 Mbps connection is enough. We confirm readiness before implementation.
