01Scope
This policy covers data we collect through waasss.com and its request forms, and through our official communication channels, including phone, WhatsApp and email.
The data controller is Anmat Security (أنماط المراقبة الأمنية), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
02Data we collect
- Contact details: name, mobile number, email address, organisation and city.
- Request details: request type, service, project description and attachments such as drawings and purchase orders.
- Correspondence: the content of messages you send us by WhatsApp or email, and our replies.
- Limited technical data: IP address, browser type and submission time, used for security and spam prevention.
- Visit statistics: pages viewed, how you arrived and device type, collected with an anonymous identifier that changes daily, without cookies, and cannot be linked to you. We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies, to measure overall site performance. The site honours the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal if your browser sends it.
03How we use it
- To answer your enquiries, schedule site surveys and prepare quotations.
- To receive purchase orders, installation and support requests and follow them through.
- To organise correspondence in our internal customer and project systems.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
- To protect the website and our systems from misuse.
04Automated processing and AI assistant
We may use automated tools, including an AI assistant, to sort and classify incoming requests and draft replies over email and WhatsApp. Our team reviews quotations, purchase orders and any commercial commitment before it is confirmed; no contractual decision is made solely by automated means.

06Retention
We keep request and correspondence data for the duration of the business relationship, and for at most three years after the last contact for requests that do not become projects, unless the law requires longer, as with accounting records. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
07Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, storing attachments outside the public web root, and restricting access to authorised staff.
08Your rights
- To be informed how and why your data is collected and processed.

- To request correction or updating of your data.
- To request destruction of your data once it is no longer needed, subject to legal requirements.
