Fire alarm systems
approved by Civil Defense
We deliver fire protection systems to Saudi Civil Defense requirements and international NFPA standards: smoke and heat detectors, control panels and automatic suppression, with certification documents and scheduled maintenance for continuous safety.
Fire safety is not optional. It is mandatory
Saudi Civil Defense regulations require all commercial, industrial and multi-storey residential buildings to have approved alarm and suppression systems that are inspected regularly and carry valid safety certificates. Non-compliance exposes a facility to precautionary closure and fines.
More important than legal compliance is protecting lives and property. A small fire can become a disaster within minutes if it is not detected early and contained quickly. Professional alarm systems save lives and keep losses to a minimum.
At Anmat Security we install alarm and suppression systems to NFPA, SASO and Civil Defense specifications, and provide the documents needed for the Civil Defense licence, from technical drawings to installation and test certificates.
What sets our fire alarm systems apart
- 01
Fully approved systems
All our systems are approved by the Saudi Civil Defense and meet the international NFPA 72 and NFPA 2001 requirements.
- 02
The right detector for every space
Ionisation and photoelectric smoke detectors, heat detectors and flame detectors, each suited to a specific environment: office, kitchen, warehouse or car park.
- 03
Automatic suppression
Sprinklers for escape routes, FM-200 systems for server rooms and CO2 systems for sensitive areas.
- 04
Professional control panels
Conventional and addressable panels from Honeywell and Simplex pinpoint the triggered detector so teams can respond quickly.
- 05
Evacuation and public address
Sounders, emergency lighting and public address speakers to guide occupants during an orderly, safe evacuation.
- 06
Documented scheduled maintenance
Quarterly maintenance contracts with certified reports submitted to Civil Defense during routine inspections, for full compliance.
How a fire alarm system is delivered
Four clear stages, from a free site survey to warranty and ongoing maintenance.
- 01
Engineering study
A site visit, area calculations, hazard classification of each zone, and the number of detectors and sprinklers required under NFPA.
- 02
Drawings
Approved shop drawings ready for Civil Defense submission, with a detailed bill of quantities and a transparent quotation.
- 03
Installation & testing
Professional installation by trained teams, testing of every component, a full trial run and an installation and test certificate.
- 04
Approval & maintenance
Documents submitted to Civil Defense for the safety certificate, with a quarterly maintenance contract to keep the system ready all year.
Fire Alarm Systems: common questions
If your question isn't answered here, contact us and we'll reply within 24 hours.
Do you provide a Civil Defense–approved safety certificate?
Yes. Our installations are designed to pass Civil Defense inspection first time. We prepare the required drawings, install approved equipment and provide the test and commissioning certificates needed for the safety certificate.
How much does a fire alarm system cost for a mid-sized facility?
Cost depends on floor area, number of floors, facility type (office, warehouse, kitchen, hospital) and whether automatic suppression is included. We provide a transparent, itemised quotation after the survey.
Is scheduled maintenance really mandatory?
Yes. Civil Defense requires documented quarterly maintenance and reviews the reports during inspections. Missing maintenance reports can lead to suspension of the safety certificate.
What is the difference between conventional and addressable systems?
Conventional systems are simpler and cheaper and identify the general zone where an alarm occurred. Addressable systems identify the exact detector, which speeds up response and suits large buildings.
Does the system work during a power cut?
Yes. Every alarm panel has backup batteries sized to run the whole system for 24 hours during an outage, as Civil Defense requires.
