How is Odoo different from other ERP systems?
Odoo is open source, highly customisable and far less costly than SAP or Oracle. It supports Arabic, complies with ZATCA requirements, and suits everything from small businesses to enterprises with thousands of employees.
How long does an ERP implementation take?
For small companies with standard modules, 4 to 8 weeks. For mid-sized companies with customisation, 3 to 6 months. For large enterprises with complex integrations, 6 to 12 months. We set an exact schedule after analysing your needs.
Is the system compliant with e-invoicing requirements?
Yes. All our Odoo and other implementations fully comply with ZATCA Phase 2 requirements, including e-invoicing and tax reporting.
Do I need new hardware to run the system?
No. Our systems run in the browser, so you do not need to replace your computers, only a stable internet connection. For large companies we can provide a dedicated server to host the system on-premise.
What if we need changes after go-live?
We offer monthly or annual support and development contracts covering later changes and additions. Changes are delivered in days, not weeks; flexibility is one of the main advantages of working with us.
